In summer we prefer to be outdoors and taste fresh wines, ideal for lunches and dinners in the garden, for aperitifs and for parties next to the pool with friends!

We propose two wines produced at Fattoria del Colle, in Southern Tuscany, to keep close at hand:

The Sanchimento IGT Bianco Toscano, is an organic wine, born from a great harvest or Traminer grapes and with a small orange addition. A small Supertuscan which has always been considered very versatile, is a wonderful match for savoury snacks and meals based on delicate dishes such as vegetable soups, fish, shellfish, white meats, vegetables and fresh cheeses.

 

While for the Chianti Superiore, a red wine, the approach to consumption changes. Even the Chianti Consortium suggests lowering the temperature in order to fully enjoy its pleasantness, freshness of perfumes and aromas in summer.

It is a type of Chianti of a higher level, produced from Sangiovese grapes with small additions of grapes authorized in Tuscany, born from a 5-star harvest which enriched this vintage of aromas.
