The Brunello and Chianti grappa by Donatella Cinelli Colombini are distilled in the stills at Distilleria Santa Teresa dei Fratelli Marolo Srl. The distillation takes place in Discontinuous double boiler stills: small quantities, long procedures, which respect the raw material and give the grappa a noble character.
These discontinuous stills make a product able to express the unique characteristics of the Sangiovese, to exalt the aromas typical of this variety, and to express its unique and personal character, always referable to the typical Tuscan aromas.
The fermented Sangiovese lees used to produce this grappa arrive directly from Fattoria del Colle.
The colour is limpid white and the aroma is fruity, fine and intense. It has a round taste thanks to the perfect harmony; it is persistent, and complex in the retro-nasal sensations.
