Brunello di Montalcino Docg Riserva 2016, in 2016, the vegetative cycle, began early and ended late because in the last phase the climate slowed down the ripening. This has created an authentic masterpiece in the vineyards at Casato Prime Donne. The perfect grapes that produced a very elegant and satisfying Brunello, silky like very thick velvet, deep and able to defy time.

Brunello di Montalcino Docg Riserva 2015, is a 5 star vintage characterized by rich aromas on the nose and in the mouth by silky tannins, a great armony and extraordinary finesse. The famous Denis Dubourdieu, once dean of oenology faculty in Bordeaux, in 2015 visiting the vineyard of Casato Prime Donne describe it with just one word “impeccable”.

Brunello di Montalcino Docg Riserva 2013, this vintage had a rainy winter and a cool summer, a typical climate for long lasting and important Brunello. Shortly after the harvest the wine did not seem so special but after the time spent in barrel it revealed its extraordinary elegance.
