CHIANTI SUPERIORE AT THE TABLE

This Chianti is a gastronomic wine,  created to accompany food. The Superiore denomination indicates a Chianti with superior quality characteristics and aging ability. It is produced only in vineyards that have a greater vocation and lower production. This Chianti Superiore is certified BIO-organic  and is a “farmhouse” wine as we call it in Tuscany, that is, it is a “family wine” born in the property’s vineyards, and then vinified, matured and bottled by the same company.

 

IL DRAGO E LE 8 COLOMBE AT THE TABLE

This wine is very versatile and even multi-ethnic, it goes well with classic Tuscan foods such as Florentine or mature pecorino and cured meats but also intensely flavoured dishes from oriental cultures
